Distributions

In pursuance to our Trust, we distribute at least 95% of our fiscal result on a pro rata basis to our Certificate Holders when certain conditions are met, including the authorization of our Technical Committee of:

1. Financial statements upon which distributions will be based
2. The amounts and terms of payment of the cash distribution with the prior recommendation of the Technical Committee. Any distribution below 95% of our fiscal result will also require the approval of the majority of independent members of our Technical Committee.

Distribution per CBFI (in Mexican pesos)

In accordance with our Trust, the terms of cash distributions are determined by our Technical Committee, who considers, among others, the following aspects:

• Actual operating results
• Level of retained cash flows
• Terms and conditions of any funding
• Any requirement related to the debt service
• Capex requirements
• Taxable income
• Delivery requirements of distributions in accordance with applicable law
• Operating expenses
• Other aspects that our Technical Committee may deem important
