External Audit

The external auditor shall be an independent public accounting firm selected by Fibra Mty’s Internal Manager, which in turn is approved by the Audit Committee.

As of December 31, 2020, our external auditor is Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C., a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited; no qualified or negative opinions nor abstentions have been issued by our external auditor, and there have been no omissions regarding the issuance of opinions on Fibra Mty’s audited financial statements.
