Fibra Mty: Driving sustainable profitability since its inception
Since its debut in 2014 as the first locally funded FIBRA in Mexico, Fibra Mty has built a track record of strategic expansion, relevant acquisitions, and sustainability leadership. Over the years, it has consolidated a diversified portfolio, implemented innovative programs, and strengthened its corporate governance, positioning itself as a benchmark in Mexico’s real estate sector.
2014
- Fibra MTY completes its initial public offering on the Mexican Stock Exchange, becoming the first FIBRA fully funded in the domestic market, under the ticker FMTY14.
- Initial portfolio comprised of 9 properties.
