Do you have questions?

1. What is a Real Estate Investment Trust (FIBRA)?

In simple terms, it is an investment vehicle that acquires and manages large-scale properties across different sectors such as office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, hotels, among others. Properties are managed by a professional team that maintains, operates, and improves the assets to meet tenant needs and generate value and returns for investors.

FIBRAs are investment instruments similar to REITs in the U.S. They combine features of fixed-income and equity instruments and can offer attractive returns with relatively reduced risk levels compared to other investment options in the market.
