ESG Transparency and Reporting

Fibra Mty publishes its Sustainability Report annually as part of its commitment to transparency and accountability toward its stakeholders. Through this report, the Trust communicates its economic, environmental, social, and corporate governance performance, as well as the progress made in implementing its ESG strategy.

The preparation of the report is an integral part of the Trust's governance framework. The ESG Commission oversees its development and approves its content, including the identification and periodic review of the material topics that guide Fibra Mty's sustainability strategy.

The report is prepared in accordance with internationally recognized standards and reporting frameworks, including the GRI Standards, the GRI Construction and Real Estate Sector Supplement (CRESS), and the SASB Standards for the Real Estate sector.

To strengthen the transparency, traceability, and reliability of its disclosed information, Fibra Mty subjects selected performance indicators to independent external assurance processes conducted in accordance with applicable professional standards.
