External Audit

The external auditor shall be an independent public accounting firm selected by Fibra Mty’s Internal Manager, which in turn is approved by the Audit Committee.

As of FY 2022 Fibra Mty's external auditor is Mancera, S.C., a member of Erns t & Young Global Limited ("EY"). The 2014 to 2021 periods were audited by Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C., member of Deloitte Touche Tohmats u Limited ("Deloitte"). Such replacement was resolved by the Technical Committee on February 15, 2022 with the prior recommendation and approval of the Audit Committee on February 14, 2022.
